Job Duties
- Greet and meet potential members providing a great customer experience
- handle front desk tasks including answering calls politely and taking info calls and tours
- assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information
- facilitate member services issues and questions forwarding them to management as needed
- help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
- actively listen to customer needs and resolve problems diplomatically
- communicate effectively with supervisors regarding questions or issues in a timely manner
