Job Duties

  • Greet and meet potential members providing a great customer experience
  • handle front desk tasks including answering calls politely and taking info calls and tours
  • assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information
  • facilitate member services issues and questions forwarding them to management as needed
  • help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
  • actively listen to customer needs and resolve problems diplomatically
  • communicate effectively with supervisors regarding questions or issues in a timely manner
