Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months or more at the same work position
- Ability to work Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Willingness to work night hours (6 pm to 6 am) and weekends as required
- Ability to handle customer transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain organized work areas
- Capacity to provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Experience guiding or training others is an asset
Job Duties
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organizes, distributes, and maintains relevant work unit procedures, policies, and updates to ensure accuracy and relevancy of delivered information
- Processes customer transactions and may take payments following established policies and procedures
- Monitors and maintains work areas and supplies to meet customer and operational needs
- Provides exceptional service, answers questions, or provides information in a specific subject area to internal and external customers, donors, and stakeholders based on set material or standards
- Guides and trains staff and student workers
