Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and occasional pet accidents
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and professionally

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems and computer applications

Job Duties

  • Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs warmly as they enter the facility
  • Answering phones professionally with a friendly tone while multitasking
  • Touring new clients around the facility and promoting available services
  • Ensuring all pet vaccination records are current and properly filed
  • Managing smooth check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and balancing the cash drawer at day end
  • Responding to customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Escorting pets safely to and from their enclosures
  • Maintaining a clean, inviting lobby environment
  • Supporting team members with various tasks as needed
