Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist
- Push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects using hands
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to advance in a retail career
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
- Work with the store’s food program as needed
- Maintain store appearance both inside and outside
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
