Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently
  • capability to lift 40 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • comfortable exposure to pet hair, cleaning supplies, and occasional messes
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple communication channels
  • ability to remain professional under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email
  • ability to multitask and handle multi-line phone systems and computer software
  • proven ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • previous retail or customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs with warmth and professionalism
  • answering phones with a smile and multitasking efficiently
  • touring new clients through the facility and promoting pet care services
  • ensuring up-to-date vaccination records are maintained
  • managing smooth check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and care
  • handling cash, cards, and balancing the cash drawer at day end
  • responding to client complaints patiently and professionally
  • escorting pets safely to and from their enclosures
  • maintaining a clean and inviting lobby environment
  • assisting team members as needed to support overall operations
