Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • ability to lift 40 lbs
  • availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently
  • exposure to cleaning supplies and pet-related environments
  • strong communication skills
  • multitasking ability
  • professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs
  • answering phones with a smile and multitasking efficiently
  • touring new clients and promoting services
  • ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file
  • managing check-ins and check-outs with a personal touch
  • handling cash, cards, and balancing the cash drawer
  • responding to complaints with patience and professionalism
  • escorting pet guests with care
  • keeping the lobby clean and welcoming
  • supporting team members when needed
