Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- 18 years old if applying for driver position
- Availability to work flexible day, evening, and weekend hours
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Reliable punctuality and attendance
- Energetic and friendly personality
- Willingness to learn and follow training protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments
- Promote menu items and special offers to enhance customer experience
