- Able to operate computer, keyboard, telephone, copier, and other office equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and copiers
- Basic proficiency with data entry and order management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, or direct to the appropriate department
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer questions and recommend products based on customer needs
- Accurately enter sales orders into the system for dispatch or will call
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their order or delivery
- Partner with the sales, operations, pricing, and accounting departments to facilitate the needs of both internal and external customers
- Perform administrative tasks such as mailing invoices/statements, printing copies of statement/invoices for customers, completing new customer forms/credit applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
