Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers scanners and other store equipment accurately
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including arriving on time
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to perform essential physical duties
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions

Job Duties
- Provide prompt excellent customer service in a courteous friendly and attentive manner
- Greet customers as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Assist customers by offering suggestions and recommendations
- Ring up sales accurately handling money checks and other payment forms
- Operate fuel consoles lottery machines money order machines and telecom transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties inside and outside the store
- Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety cleanliness and proper working order
- Notify Store Manager of any equipment failure or maintenance needs
- Complete build-to's for ordering and purchasing merchandise
- Receive verify and stock vendor deliveries
- Maintain adequate stock and rotate stock properly
- Place advertising and pricing signage inside and outside the facility
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits
- Keep accurate cash sales and inventory control records and report discrepancies
- Follow company guidelines for product breakage or spoilage
- Report incidents including injuries theft property damage sanitation or waste issues to Store Manager
- Maintain accurate records of shift and timekeeping paperwork
- Attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned
- Provide regular and predictable on-site attendance
