Job Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings and one weekend day
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds
  • Must stand and walk throughout the facility during work hours
  • Must have an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Must comply with zero tolerance drug-free policy
  • Entry level position

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and point of sale programs
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
  • Invoice for services rendered to customers and pilots
  • Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Maintain neat work area at all times
