Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years front desk, receptionist, customer service or related work experience
  • bi-lingual abilities are highly encouraged
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • basic computer literacy
  • high school diploma or equivalent
