Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in California and Oregon, 21 years old in Washington and for graveyard shifts and management positions
- Sufficient English proficiency
- Availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional handling of challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Up-to-date food handling certificates as required
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred

- Proficient in English to understand policies and communicate effectively
- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement

- Possess required up-to-date food handling certificates where applicable
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain courteous and professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large
- Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards
- Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI's policies, procedures, practices, and programs
- Report accidents or incidents to management immediately
- Preserve safety of self, fellow employees, and others by using CSI Loss Prevention process
- Ensure food safety hygiene according to county regulations
- Follow federal law and company standards on age restricted product sales
- Work professionally with vendors and contractors
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures during cooking
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers
- Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely
- Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation
- Clean station facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash
- Prepare food and hot beverages
- Manage ExtraMile and KKC foodservice and beverage stocks
- Promote store specials and marketing programs
- Cross-check price of delivered goods
- Distribute delivered goods throughout the store
- Observe local laws when activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
