Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • intermediate knowledge of microsoft office products
  • ability to make fast decisions using judgment consistent with company policies and standard operating procedures
  • negotiation and sales skills
  • reliable multitasking skills
  • previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • deliver proactive personalized service to private and corporate aviation clientele
  • arrange services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation
  • coordinate aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage
  • input trip data into scheduling software and update customer information databases
  • communicate effectively via air-to-ground and ground-to-ground radio
  • educate customers on available services, promotions, and programs
  • process customer invoices
  • answer customer questions and resolve issues
  • assist passengers and flight crews with professional seven star service
  • build and establish customer relationships with local service providers
  • maintain lobby appearance and stock snacks and beverages
  • track flights via online databases to ensure timely service
  • perform other duties as assigned
