Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two to four years' relevant experience
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in basic math
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • typing speed of 40 to 60 words per minute
  • ability to work variable schedules including weekends

  • associate's degree preferred
  • two to four years' relevant experience in a related field
  • experience in a dynamic multi-tasking environment
  • strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in basic math
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • typing speed of at least 40 to 60 words per minute
  • professional appearance
  • must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties

  • assist pilots and passengers with fuel orders
  • manage online times, notices of arrivals and departures
  • provide verbal and written directions
  • make vehicle rental reservations
  • coordinate hotel and catering arrangements
  • handle personal vehicles and aircraft keys
  • communicate via telephone, radio, email, and facsimile
  • enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records
  • assist with cleaning and stocking pilot and passenger areas
