Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old for California and Oregon locations
- Must be at least 21 years old for Washington locations and overnight shifts
- Must be at least 21 years old to work in management positions
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English
- Available to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred

- Proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and communicate effectively
- Available to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Possess required up-to-date food handling certificates where applicable
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large
- Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards
- Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as CSI policies, procedures, practices, and programs
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers while making eye contact
- Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely following CSI guidelines and procedures
- Maintain cash drawer and secure funds, perform cashier reconciliation at shift end
- Perform consistent station cleaning including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash if applicable
- Prepare food and hot beverage products while managing foodservice inventory and promoting store specials
- Cross-check delivered goods for accuracy and distribute throughout the store
- Observe local law requirements for fueling vehicles (Oregon specific)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
