Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law
  • ability to stand up to 90% of the time
  • ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
  • physical ability to move inside and outside of the store
  • ability to operate mechanical controls such as keyboards
  • full-time availability including weekends
  • maintain a minimum of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • proficiency in using phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
  • ability to meet physical demands including standing and moving
  • background check clearance
  • bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing preferred
  • prior cash handling and vault management experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle preferred

Job Duties

  • Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business
  • review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy
  • maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services
  • enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity in the POS system
  • build new business by completing daily call campaigns
  • assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments
  • perform duties outside the office including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and marketing
  • maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
  • uphold store security protocols including opening and closing procedures
  • comply with company policies and relevant laws
  • participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product changes
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain regular full-time attendance including weekends
