Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or GED
  • two to four years’ relevant experience in related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • a valid driver’s license
  • ability to work variable schedules including weekends
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to pass pre employment drug screen and background check
  • typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Job Qualifications

  • a high school diploma or GED
  • an associate’s degree is preferred
  • experience in a dynamic, multitasking environment
  • two to four years’ relevant experience in a related field
  • strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • a valid driver’s license
  • proficiency in basic math
  • proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • a typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute
  • a professional appearance
  • must pass pre employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines

Job Duties

  • Assist and provide pilots and passengers with fuel orders
  • manage online times and notices of arrivals and departures
  • give verbal and written directions
  • make vehicle rental, hotel and catering reservations
  • handle personal vehicles and aircraft key management
  • communicate effectively over telephone, radio, email and facsimile
  • enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records
  • assist with general cleaning and stocking of pilot and passenger areas
