Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or GED
- two to four years’ relevant experience in related field
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- a valid driver’s license
- ability to work variable schedules including weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to pass pre employment drug screen and background check
- typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Job Qualifications
- a high school diploma or GED
- an associate’s degree is preferred
- experience in a dynamic, multitasking environment
- two to four years’ relevant experience in a related field
- strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
- a valid driver’s license
- proficiency in basic math
- proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- a typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute
- a professional appearance
- must pass pre employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines
Job Duties
- Assist and provide pilots and passengers with fuel orders
- manage online times and notices of arrivals and departures
- give verbal and written directions
- make vehicle rental, hotel and catering reservations
- handle personal vehicles and aircraft key management
- communicate effectively over telephone, radio, email and facsimile
- enter data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records
- assist with general cleaning and stocking of pilot and passenger areas
