Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and occasional accidents
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email
  • Comfortable using multi-line phones and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Genuine love for pets and people

Job Duties

  • Welcoming pet parents and their pets warmly and professionally
  • Answering phones with friendly and efficient communication
  • Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services
  • Ensuring all pet vaccinations are up to date
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs with care and attention to detail
  • Handling cash, card transactions, and balancing cash drawer
  • Responding calmly and professionally to customer complaints
  • Escorting pets safely to and from their enclosures
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby environment
  • Supporting team members as needed
