Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with exposure to cleaning supplies and pet-related messes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email
  • Ability to multitask and handle multi-line phone systems
  • Professionalism under pressure
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for working with people and pets

Job Duties

  • Welcoming pet parents and their pets
  • Answering phones and managing inquiries
  • Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services
  • Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handling cash, cards, and balancing cash drawers
  • Responding to complaints with professionalism
  • Escorting pets to and from enclosures
  • Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming
  • Supporting team members when needed
