Job Requirements

  • Be 16 years or older
  • Have a positive personality
  • Have a clear and highly energetic voice
  • Be people oriented
  • Comfortable handling guests
  • Knowledgeable of product details, services, charges and other related information (trained upon hire)
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to use hand repetitively
  • Comfortable working in noisy environments and near moving mechanical parts
  • Physical ability to bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch, stoop, or kneel

Job Qualifications

  • Be 16 years or older
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Be customer oriented, friendly and energetic (a bubbly personality)
  • Have cash management skills (basic math)
  • Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise (we follow WA minor labor laws which limit 16-17 year old workers to 23 hours per week)
  • Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the above listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed (multitasking)

Job Duties

  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and advertising/wobble boarding
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Preparing and packaging food products
  • Collecting payment and handing out orders to customers
  • Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustments, following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed
