Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing, walking, and climbing stairs frequently
- Willingness to handle exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and occasional pet-related accidents
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic computer and phone system proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer software
- Professional demeanor and patience under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and team collaboration mindset
Job Duties
- Welcoming pet parents and their pets warmly as if they were entering a luxury resort
- Answering phones with a positive attitude while multitasking efficiently
- Guiding new clients through the facility and promoting services
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date vaccination records are maintained
- Managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly with personal attention
- Handling cash and card payments and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day
- Responding professionally to customer complaints and concerns
- Escorting pets safely to and from their enclosures
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby environment
- Supporting team members with various tasks as needed
