Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • General office skills with multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of software or personal computers
  • Willingness to participate in company training programs

  • Comfortable with occasional freezer exposure

Job Duties

  • Carry out all customer service activities
  • Process paperwork to maintain accurate inventory
  • Generate necessary paperwork and information for customer work orders
  • Schedule appointments for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate procedures for all accounts
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Check in and out drivers
  • Provide coverage for other representatives as needed
  • Correspond effectively with customers
  • Exemplify core values and guiding principles
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle complaints promptly and courteously
  • Greet visitors
  • Maintain driver waiting area and lobby
  • Perform clerical duties
  • Handle scheduling
  • Provide coverage during coworker absences
