Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- General office skills with multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of software or personal computers
- Willingness to participate in company training programs
- Ability to lift under 20 pounds
- Able to stand for 2 to 4 hours
- Comfortable with occasional freezer exposure

Job Duties
- Carry out all customer service activities
- Process paperwork to maintain accurate inventory
- Generate necessary paperwork and information for customer work orders
- Schedule appointments for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate procedures for all accounts
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Check in and out drivers
- Provide coverage for other representatives as needed
- Correspond effectively with customers
- Exemplify core values and guiding principles
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle complaints promptly and courteously
- Greet visitors
- Maintain driver waiting area and lobby
- Perform clerical duties
- Handle scheduling
- Provide coverage during coworker absences
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
