Job Duties
- Greet and meet potential members providing a great customer experience
- handle front desk tasks including answering phones and assisting with tours
- assist in member check-ins sign-ups cancellations and amenity usage
- update member account information
- facilitate member service issues and forward to management as needed
- maintain club neatness and cleanliness
