Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to relocate to El Paso before starting work
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to work in-person
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics or transportation coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of industry-standard logistics software preferred
Job Duties
- Developing a proactive relationship with customers by providing first-class customer service and communication
- Handling shipment quoting and pricing for customers
- Covering available shipments through strategic negotiations with trucking companies
- Sending and collecting documents to and from carriers
- Obtaining location updates for shipments in progress
- Data entry of various files and information into company software
- Providing problem-resolution effectively and in a timely manner
