Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and pickup
  • Make all the products our customers order
  • Operate various equipment and technologies essential to our operations
  • Manage inventory and stock ingredients in appropriate storage areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
  • Assist in taking and processing telephone orders
  • Perform basic cash handling and make accurate change when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control
