Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and pickup
- Make all the products our customers order
- Operate various equipment and technologies essential to our operations
- Manage inventory and stock ingredients in appropriate storage areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
- Assist in taking and processing telephone orders
- Perform basic cash handling and make accurate change when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control
