Job Requirements
- Must pass HireRight background check
- Must pass national crime and sex offender background check

- Must wear provided uniform shirts and hats with black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (no denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, or sweatpants material)
- Must communicate professionally with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Answer customer phone calls in two rings or less
- Accurately take and process orders using Domino's Pulse point-of-sale system
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to phone-in and carryout customers
- Adhere to Heightened Time Awareness (HTA) goals for order processing and delivery
- Model Domino's Perfect Image standards by wearing the required uniform and maintaining a positive attitude
