Job Requirements

  • Must pass HireRight background check
  • Must pass national crime and sex offender registry check
  • Must pass basic urinalysis drug testing
  • Must demonstrate and model Domino's Perfect Image standards
  • Must wear company uniform shirts and hats with suitable black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris
  • No denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, or sweatpants materials allowed
  • Must be willing to provide confidential personal information for screening
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls promptly within two rings or less
  • Provide exceptional customer service to carryout and phone-in customers
  • Accurately process orders using Domino's Pulse point-of-sale system
  • Prepare and assemble menu items following Domino's standards
  • Ensure all orders meet quality and timing requirements consistent with Heightened Time Awareness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
  • Model Domino's Perfect Image standards by adhering to uniform and conduct policies
