Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in varying temperature conditions from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees
  • capable of climbing ladders or stairs infrequently
  • physical coordination to perform repetitive tasks and handle physical demands
  • willingness to work flexible hours including busy meal times
  • ability to handle exposure to food odors, dust, and hot surfaces

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • capability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • ability to make correct monetary change
  • verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility daily
  • provide excellent customer service including order accuracy and handling inquiries
