Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees
- capable of climbing ladders or stairs infrequently
- physical coordination to perform repetitive tasks and handle physical demands
- willingness to work flexible hours including busy meal times
- ability to handle exposure to food odors, dust, and hot surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- capability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- ability to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- provide excellent customer service including order accuracy and handling inquiries
