Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and answer incoming phone calls promptly
- take and accurately input customer orders into the computer system
- handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- manage order modifications and resolve any issues with orders
- maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
- assist with training and support for new CSRs
- follow all company policies and procedures for customer service
