Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- ability to make correct monetary change
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, climb stairs or ladder, stoop, bend, crouch, and reach continuously
- capability to operate necessary machines and tools including pizza cutters, pizza peels, and computer equipment
- ability to comprehend and communicate both verbally and written instructions
- work environment tolerance including exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- strong verbal communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to use a calculator
- proficiency with computer keyboards or touch screen order entry systems
- ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
