Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service by answering calls and responding to customer inquiries
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- communicate product details, prices, and promotions accurately
- take and process customer orders
- assist in basic store operations including pizza making and product control
- maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
