Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for most tasks
- ability to walk short distances on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces
- capability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to carry and stoop while performing duties
- ability to hear and talk on the telephone
- vision adequate for near and mid-range tasks
- ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and sharp mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination to make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
