  • ability to use computer point of sale system

Job Duties

  • Politely greet customers in person and on the telephone
  • navigate through prompts on a computer point of sale system to take orders
  • answer questions from customers about products and service
  • assist in preparing food products and packaging including boxes, bags, and utensils
  • correct product concerns over the phone and make customers content without manager supervision for non-complex issues
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • uphold company customer service policies and procedures
