Job Duties
- Politely greet customers in person and on the telephone
- navigate through prompts on a computer point of sale system to take orders
- answer questions from customers about products and service
- assist in preparing food products and packaging including boxes, bags, and utensils
- correct product concerns over the phone
- resolve customer issues without need for managerial supervision for non-complex problems
- maintain grooming standards and professional appearance
