Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to greet customers politely in person and on the telephone
- proficiency with computer point of sale systems
- ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve non complex issues independently
- capacity to assist in food product preparation and packaging
- adherence to grooming and appearance standards
- availability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Politely greet customers in person and on the telephone
- navigate through prompts on a computer point of sale system to take orders
- answer questions from customers about products and service to best accommodate the customer
- assist in preparing food products and packaging such as boxes, bags, and utensils
- correct product concerns over the phone independently for non complex issues
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards as set forth by company guidelines
- work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
