Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- must be able to make correct monetary change
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to efficiently use a computer or touch screen ordering system
- strong numeric skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- cash handling experience is beneficial
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- work in a fast paced environment
