Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for most tasks
- ability to walk short distances on various surfaces
- ability to sit for paperwork tasks
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to carry ingredients and products of varying weights
- ability to push and pull trays on dollies
- ability to stoop, bend, crouch, or squat
- ability to reach continuously in multiple directions
- ability to use hands continuously with eye-hand coordination
- ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- must be able to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
