- ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, or walk-in cooler
- ability to prepare product
- ability to receive and process telephone orders
- ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers
- ability to perform accurate and quick mathematical calculations
- ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to enter orders using computer systems
- ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- ability to stand for most tasks
- ability to lift and carry bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
- ability to meet strict quality control standards

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
