Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for most tasks
- ability to walk short distances for short durations
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
- ability to bend, stoop, crouch and reach continuously during work
- ability to use hands continuously with eye-hand coordination
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- ability to communicate effectively on telephone and in person
- ability to follow strict quality control standards

Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- use communication skills to give and follow instructions
