Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for most tasks
  • ability to walk short distances
  • ability to lift cases and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • ability to carry large cans and trays of dough
  • ability to push and pull trays on dollies
  • ability to climb stairs or ladders occasionally
  • ability to stoop, bend, crouch, squat, and reach continuously
  • eye-hand coordination for frequent hand tasks
  • ability to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • must be able to make correct monetary change
  • verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
