Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and customer interactions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional and friendly attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Job Duties

  • Monday through Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Evenings: 12 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturdays: 8:30 am to 3 pm or 12 pm to 6 pm
  • You are the welcoming voice and face of City Auto, creating a positive first impression for every person who contacts or walks into our dealership
  • You skillfully manage inbound and outbound calls, directing inquiries and providing essential information while also greeting customers with a smile and making them feel at ease
  • Throughout the day, you'll tackle various administrative tasks, from using Microsoft/Excel to keep things organized to preparing temporary tags and ensuring the front office remains clean and presentable
  • You'll also use the paging system to connect customers with the right team members and manage your Outlook email to keep communication flowing smoothly
