Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and customer interactions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Monday through Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
- Evenings: 12 pm to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 8:30 am to 3 pm or 12 pm to 6 pm
- You are the welcoming voice and face of City Auto, creating a positive first impression for every person who contacts or walks into our dealership
- You skillfully manage inbound and outbound calls, directing inquiries and providing essential information while also greeting customers with a smile and making them feel at ease
- Throughout the day, you'll tackle various administrative tasks, from using Microsoft/Excel to keep things organized to preparing temporary tags and ensuring the front office remains clean and presentable
- You'll also use the paging system to connect customers with the right team members and manage your Outlook email to keep communication flowing smoothly
