Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for most tasks
  • capable of walking short distances for short durations
  • able to sit to complete paperwork
  • able to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
  • able to carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • capable of pushing and pulling trays on dollies
  • able to infrequently climb stairs or ladders
  • able to stoop, bend, crouch, or squat as required
  • good eye-hand coordination
  • ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • ability to tolerate food odors and exposure to dust
  • comfort working in cramped quarters

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
  • capability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders
