- able to sit to complete paperwork
- able to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- capable of pushing and pulling trays on dollies
- able to infrequently climb stairs or ladders
- able to stoop, bend, crouch, or squat as required
- good eye-hand coordination
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- ability to tolerate food odors and exposure to dust
- comfort working in cramped quarters

Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders
