Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for most tasks
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive hand movements
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area
- prepare product as requested
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily ensuring sanitation
- assist with dining room service when needed
- maintain temperature and sanitation logs
