- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- must be capable of stocking and moving ingredients
- ability to prepare food products following company standards
- must have the ability to receive and process telephone orders accurately
- capable of taking inventory and completing paperwork
- willingness to maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily
- physical capability to stand for most tasks
- ability to lift and carry ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
- able to push and pull trays on dollies
- capable of climbing stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance
- ability to work under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- must have good communication skills
- able to demonstrate motor coordination and quick precise movements
Job Qualifications
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- must be able to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- participate in orientation and training sessions
