Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • must be capable of stocking and moving ingredients
  • ability to prepare food products following company standards
  • must have the ability to receive and process telephone orders accurately
  • capable of taking inventory and completing paperwork
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily
  • physical capability to stand for most tasks
  • ability to lift and carry ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • able to push and pull trays on dollies
  • capable of climbing stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance
  • ability to work under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
  • must have good communication skills
  • able to demonstrate motor coordination and quick precise movements

Job Qualifications

  • ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • must be able to make correct monetary change
  • verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties

  • operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • participate in orientation and training sessions
