  • ability to lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using hand truck
  • ability to carry large cans and trays weighing up to 30 pounds
  • ability to push and pull trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
  • ability to climb stairs or ladders infrequently
  • ability to stoop, bend, crouch, squat, and reach continuously
  • good eye-hand coordination
  • ability to use hands continuously
  • physical endurance for various kitchen and store tasks

Job Duties

  • operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility daily, ensuring kitchen area and equipment are clean and sanitized including removal of garbage
  • assist with dining room service when needed, such as readying customers' orders
  • add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly using calculator when necessary
  • run dishwashing operation keeping dishwasher clean and free of debris
  • maintain temperature, sanitation equipment, and cleaning logs
  • ensure hand sink is clean and stocked
  • communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
