Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for most tasks
  • ability to walk short distances for short durations
  • ability to sit for paperwork completion
  • ability to lift and carry bulk products up to 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull trays weighing up to 7.5 pounds
  • ability to climb stairs or ladders infrequently
  • ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and squat as needed
  • ability to continuously reach up, down, and forward
  • ability to use eye-hand coordination continuously during tasks
  • capability to manipulate pizza dough and use pizza cutters and peels
  • ability to grasp cans, phones, and boxes
  • exposure to varying work temperatures and food odors

Job Qualifications

  • Basic verbal, writing and communication skills to comprehend, give and/or receive instructions
  • ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
  • ability to work alone and with others
  • ability to meet strict quality control standards
  • ability to analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility approximately daily
  • ensure kitchen area and equipment are clean and sanitized, including removal of garbage when necessary
  • assist with dining room service when needed, e.g., readying customer’s order
