Job Duties
- Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
- Build customer loyalty
- Up sell and meet customers needs
- End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
- Respond to emergency situations and perform required duties as indicated in safety manuals
- Clean facility and equipment during shifts using process cards
- Collect payment from customers and encourage additional purchases
- Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer service issues
- Communicate effectively both face to face and using the phone
- Prepare fast food for sale and follow company standards
- Responsible for cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shift
- Instruct customers on self-serve equipment use
- Prepare reports to account for funds and products sold
- Take inventory and balance reports in accordance with company policy
- Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
- Stock shelves including walk-ins
- Maintain time records accurately
- Maintain assigned cleanliness and organization areas
