Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Willingness to work alone during less busy hours
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to learn and follow safety and operational procedures
Basic math skills

Knowledge of cash handling and inventory management

Ability to adhere to sanitation and food safety standards

Job Duties

Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
Build customer loyalty
Up sell and meet customers needs
End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
Respond to emergency situations following safety protocols
Clean facility and equipment during shifts
Collect payment and encourage additional purchases
Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer issues
Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
Prepare and present fast food items following recipes
Adhere to company standards regarding sanitation and cooking
Handle cash, merchandising and equipment during shifts
Instruct customers on self-serve equipment use
Prepare reports accounting for funds and products
Take inventory, count money and balance reports
Operate and maintain equipment safely
Stock all shelves including walk-ins
Maintain accurate work time records
Maintain assigned store areas
