- Ability to handle cash and basic cash register operations

- Comfortable with working various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
- Build customer loyalty
- Up sell and meet customers needs
- End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
- Respond to emergency situations and perform required safety duties
- Clean facility and equipment during shifts
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions
- Interact positively with customers and resolve basic service issues
- Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
- Prepare and cook hot food for sale
- Adhere to sanitation, refrigeration and cooking standards
- Manage cash, merchandising and equipment during shifts
- Instruct customers on self-serve equipment
- Prepare reports to account for funds and products
- Take inventory and balance reports
- Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
- Stock shelves including walk-ins
- Maintain time records accurately
- Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
