Job Requirements

  • Ability to handle cash and basic cash register operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks
  • Comfortable with working various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Up sell and meet customers needs
  • End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform required safety duties
  • Clean facility and equipment during shifts
  • Collect payment from customers and process transactions
  • Interact positively with customers and resolve basic service issues
  • Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
  • Prepare and cook hot food for sale
  • Adhere to sanitation, refrigeration and cooking standards
  • Manage cash, merchandising and equipment during shifts
  • Instruct customers on self-serve equipment
  • Prepare reports to account for funds and products
  • Take inventory and balance reports
  • Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
  • Stock shelves including walk-ins
  • Maintain time records accurately
  • Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
