Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in different weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy
  • Ability to learn safety, security, cash handling, customer service, receiving, stocking, and food preparation skills
  • Must follow company sanitation and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Basic food preparation skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Up sell and meet customers needs
  • End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
  • Respond to emergency situations as indicated in the Hazard Communications Kit and Injury/Illness Prevention Manual
  • Clean facility and equipment during shifts including restrooms, pump islands, car wash areas, driveways, ovens, warmers, counters, and utensils
  • Collect payment from customers in cash or debit transactions and encourage additional purchases
  • Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer service issues
  • Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
  • Prepare hot food items for sale following instructions and recipes
  • Adhere to company sanitation and cooking standards
  • Manage cash, merchandising, and equipment during shifts
  • Instruct customers on self-serve equipment use
  • Prepare required reports accounting for sales and inventory
  • Count money and balance reports
  • Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
  • Stock shelves including walk-ins
  • Maintain time records accurately
  • Maintain assigned PRIDE areas
